Today, is the last NTF training for the week.I thought it was going to be dragged to more than 3 hours but surprisingly, it didn't but instead, it only lasted about 2 hours. There were only 3 of us for this training as all of us , apparently, had the same HRM class on tuesday. So , there we were in the room listening to mr Rendle Lim babbling.BLah, Blah, and Blah he went. I wasn't feeling real well at tt time and was sure very tired tt i was fidgeting about.
The guy next to me , David , must be thinking"this gal...realli cannot sit still even for 5 secs...".It took Rendle Lim about half an hour to give us some briefings before our test started.Thereafter, we went to the CLEAN ROOM.Woah.... this was the best part of my whole day!
Firstly, we are supposed to change our sandles to some rubble sandles at a locker room en route to the clean room. Then, we stepped into the exterior part of the clean room where we are supposed to wear our PPE,which includes a suit(ours is white in colour as we are from ISML, blue is for SNDL ppl), mask, bathroom cap for hair(haha),and gloves. And once again, we have to change our rubble sandles to the super ultra long booties before stepping into a "room" to "wash" us from infections.
Great, finally, we stepped into the clean room after all the hassle. It sure is a small room with gigantic equipments.Hopefully, my name will be under the super user list at the end of my fyp..=)...yeah dreaming real hard.
Basically, there are 3 rooms, in the clean room. One is for the SNDL ppl, the other for the ISML ppl and the finaly one for the SNDL and ISML ppl. There are two separate rooms for acid solutions and solvents.Even, the wet bench area is separated between the SNDL and ISML ppl.I was wondering if ISML and SNDL ppl are foes..... everything seemsto be well defined, or in other words, lines are well drawn, in terms of usage of things between them.
There are 3 emergency exits ...but i onli saw two...hmm....did i miss one somewhere? Nway , i guess 2 exits are enuff for me at the moment. And i also saw 2 eye wash area, when there are supposedly to be 3...again, i missed one of it.Never mind about it , at least i know where are the emergeny alert buttons.
And more importantly, the toxic gas room.If i ever hate a person and wan to make his life miserable , i shall just drag the fellow to this toxic room known as the gas cabinet and let him suffer!!
OOPS, i think i forgot to ask how does the acid gloves and solvent gloves actually look likes.....sighz, nvm, nway i will be going there sometime later.
This part of the whole orientation realli did cheer me up and sort of lightened my miserable feeling mood since this morning.
After this orientation, i managed to grab some real nice sushi to eat.....haha, talking bout being prudent in my spendings....but i realli missed sushi!!
I cancelled my meeting wif my fren, as i am supposed to be dining at coffee club.I shall cut down my expenses and yeah, i will.Else, i will be begging down the streets real soon.
