My wafer has gone through alot of traumas these few days.Firstly, i chipped it yesterday after exposing it.
Today, i broke it into half unintentionally during lift off process.I thought my long 3 hours of evaporation was poofed in just a second, then i realised my patterns are on one side of the broken half. So, still can be salvaged.

However, i will have problem in aligning my second mask. And yeah, i did have lots of problem wif it.But, after much troubleshooting, it was done. And now, my wafer is back in the evaporator waiting to be evaporated on this sat.

The story of the whole process is as below:
Firstly, becoz of dear joo who forgot to ask me wat material i was going to deposit on my wafer,I had to waste one and a half hour after lecture today, to wait for the evaporator to be ready for further process.

Then, when i had evaporated my third layer... going to my fourth layer of deposition. The machine went haywire, but luckily Lalit was there. He managed to rescue the machine.
Else, everyone will "thank" me for spoiling it and everyone will take a break then.Haha, including Dr kunle too, coz' he is gonna use it on next monday.
Nway, just as i thought i got a very good excuse to relaz, the machine was back to normal operation. So i deposited my fourth and fifth layer.

Phew... i thought, well.. this was going to be fine until i broke the wafer into half as i mentioned earlier. Then this time, lalit again, had to help me to align it coz' i hav no idea how to align a broken wafer. So it was done.
Chenchen came along, and yeah, he gladly agreed to company me on sat to do my evaporation.

That's so far for my wafer adventure . The story of it will continue this saturday.
